Health is a family affair. We learn and grow from those around us. Let's get started on ways your entire family can grow together and learn healthy habits. It doesn't have to be hard or complicated, you don't have to eat foods that you don't enjoy, in fact healthy eating is fun and tasty. From kitchen make overs, to menu ideas, to specific food choices, learning together as a family makes the journey to better health enjoyable. Initial Consultation: $90 1-1.5 hours Subsequent Visit: $60 30-60 minutes Extended Visit: $75 over one hour
